Update Parental Alienation: My daughter changed her last name.

Surname changes occur more often than we may recognize.

Update Parental Alienation: My daughter changed her last name.

I appreciate the private messages sent to me about the recent article titled Parental Alienation: My daughter changed her last name.

I received replies from two parents whose kids also changed their last names the first  involved a son and daughter and the second was a daughter. Interestingly, I received an email from a professional who noted surname change involved with parental alienation. She was kind enough to send information and I look forward to reading it this weekend.

Without any doubt, a surname change places cases into the extreme category of parental alienation.

Again, thank you for the private messages, and other replies.

Love is the greatest defender,
