Did the Covid Lockdowns affect your access to court?

Parental Alienation court cases were mostly delayed during the Covid lockdowns. We are likely to see family courts closed due to another health scare

During my lifetime, I’ve held a very diverse background. I can certainly relate to parents who suffer from Parental Alienation. Still, few professionals, such as lawyers, judges, and counselors, point out the widespread delays of Parental Alienation cases, which were delayed vs. heard before the judge during a standard courtroom setting during the covid lunacy.

In 2014 I was part of a local radio program, and later I left the station and began anew. My new show was syndicated across nearly 60 radio stations for some time. The syndication allowed me to reach many listeners, but sadly the promoters sought to limit free speech.

It was clear the promotion of my show was predicated upon me maintaining a “Moderate Political Position,” and for those who know me, I’m not a lukewarm man. Indeed, the promoters failed to understand the difference between a Moderate Political Position and an Independent position.

Since Covid, I’ve moved toward a constitutional position and chastised both parties.

Why have I shared the above? It’s simple for any court case to be heard, the courts have to be open for business, and this includes the support staff of the sheriff’s office, which serves court notices and helps maintain order in the court. It consists of the lawyers, all support staff, and counselors.

My radio show ended for one specific reason I was bold. I interviewed topics that few touched on, and one of the issues was based on the United Nations and its attempt to form a world government. I had many contacts who were whistleblowers from the UN. I’ve interviewed Communist Party presidents, and I disagreed with every one of them. Still, I allowed them to advance their position to expose the danger they presented to our republic. I’ve interviewed CEOs from small and large companies and enjoyed my work.

In 2014 I interviewed a whistleblower from the UN who claimed that Dr. Fauci and the CDC were behind a plot to vaccinate every man, woman, and child to depopulate the world. According to the whistleblower, this event would occur between 2020-2023. I spent many months trying to warn others and was branded a conspiracy theorist. I didn’t realize it then, but I had planted a seed.

When Fauci appeared on TV as the advisor to Trump, I attempted to write Trump and provide the full story from my former radio show. I sent the same letter to Jared Kushner and other members of the Trump administration, and I never received an update or any acknowledgment regarding the information I sent.

During the lockdowns, I was aware of four court cases that highlighted Parental alienation, and each case was set aside or rescheduled. Two cases were heard ten months after the lockdowns began, and the others were set aside for later dates.

By the time the alienated cases were heard, the dynamics and traditional court function had changed to video, which removed the human element from an actual face-to-face court hearing making it more challenging to connect the feelings of the reality of which my alienated friends endured.

Secondly and just as significant was the delay, which additionally set aside time away from the parents’ hopeful reunion. A ten-month delay harmed the kids and parents who endured parental alienation.

Last week my contact, the whistleblower, mentioned we will see another planned pandemic in 2024. If so, I’m urging those waiting to litigate a PA case to go ahead and file it now, which gives you access to the courts versus a possible disruption seen under the Covid lockdowns.
